As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stated in his famous speech, “Keep Moving from this Mountain,” “If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.” As a truth-seeker, remain inspired and engaged, even when it feels like you’ve hit a standstill. Movement takes many forms, and each is vital to your progress.
