Being the Peace
Five Steps to Be the Peace You Desire to See in the World
Peace begins within—and from there, it naturally extends outward.
This simple practice helps you shift from mental activity into a grounded, heart-centered awareness of peace.
1. Pause and Notice
Notice how you feel. Gently set it aside for now.
2. Shift to the Heart
Bring your attention to your heart center.
Imagine breathing through your heart. Allow your body to soften.
3. Activate a Positive Feeling
Recall a meaningful or joyful moment.
Let the feeling become present within you now.
4. Invite Peace
Ask within: What does peace feel like for me right now?
Remain open and receptive.
5. Listen and Receive
Notice what arises—feelings, images, or quiet knowing.
Allow it.
Stay with the Feeling
Rest here for 3 minutes and 48 seconds.
Let peace deepen and become familiar.
You Are the Beginning of Peace
This is more than a moment—it’s a way of living.
Each time you return to this practice, you strengthen your capacity to express peace—in your life, your relationships, and your world.
