SUMMARY:Even in the darkest moments\, people have chosen love.
DESCRIPTION:Shadow Dance Battle \nAffirmation \nI meet the collective shadow with spiritual courage and transformative love. \nReading \nEvery day you witness suffering and violence that can feel impossible to hold. You may feel tempted to shut down\, turn away\, harden your heart\, or give up on change altogether. Building walls can seem like the only way to survive. But closed hearts and quick judgments are what created so much of this pain in the first place. \nAnd yet\, even in the darkest moments\, people have chosen love. Many who endured profound injustice didn’t collapse into hatred—they healed\, transformed\, and carried that healing outward. Their lives remind you that light still emerges in the most unlikely places. \nIf you focus only on what’s wrong with the world\, fear and rage can paralyze you. If you focus only on what’s right\, you risk denial. There is another place to stand. \nBeyond right and wrong is a field of light. When you choose compassion\, presence\, and courage\, you step into that field. Even a small light\, held with intention\, can illuminate vast darkness. \nAdapted from–Jeff Foster The Way of Rest: Finding the Courage to Hold Everything in Love pg. 30 \nSpiritual Point of View \n“We believe the ultimate goal of life to be a complete freedom from all discord of every nature\, and that this goal is sure to be attained by all.” –Ernest Holmes\, What We Believe \nYou know\, at a deeper level\, that the world is not broken—it is becoming. Every challenge\, injustice\, and shadow you see is part of an awakening in progress. The collective shadow you witness in systems of oppression\, environmental harm\, or domination is not separate from you. It reflects what has gone unhealed or unacknowledged in the shared human story\, including within your own consciousness. \nYou don’t banish the shadow; you integrate it. And you don’t wait for the world to change before you act. You move now\, grounded in the knowing that you—and humanity—are already whole at the deepest spiritual level. Your work isn’t only to affirm Truth\, but to live it with your feet\, your voice\, and your choices. \nDeepak Chopra reminds you that you are not a drop in the ocean—you are the ocean in a drop. When you act from Spirit rather than ego\, you respond with compassion and creativity instead of fear. Each time you choose presence over reactivity\, you help heal the collective. You are not just in the dance—you are helping change the music. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:One two three....one two three
DESCRIPTION:The Shadow Tango \nAffirmation \nI find connection in our differences\, not separation\, because together we are One. \nReading: \nYou may think you want to be healed when what you really want is to be who you were before the trauma. Let me gently ease that pressure: healing is not about going back. You cannot undo what happened\, and healing never asks you to pretend your pain doesn’t exist. \nHealing doesn’t erase trauma or rewrite your story. Instead\, it gives you the strength to move forward without denying the truth of what you’ve lived through. It allows you to carry your experience with honesty rather than shame or resistance. \nYour shadow will always be part of you. Healing isn’t about eliminating it or fixing yourself into some perfect version. The purpose of shadow work is to develop awareness—to understand where your shadow ends and where your true self begins. When you gain that clarity\, you stop being run by old wounds and patterns. \nHealing is not becoming who you were before. It is becoming who you are now—wiser\, more compassionate\, and more fully yourself. \nAdapted from TED Talk: The Semantics of Shadow Work by Valisa Griffin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbIlLrufRSU accessed 7.18.25 \nSpiritual Point of View \n“Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what they think into it.” — Ernest Holmes\, Science of Mind\, p. 322 \nYour relationships are some of the clearest mirrors you have. The patterns that keep repeating—the ones that frustrate you\, exhaust you\, or pull you into familiar knots—are rarely just about the other person. More often\, they’re reflecting something within you that’s asking for attention\, healing\, or integration.\nWhen parts of you have been pushed aside—especially those labeled unworthy\, shameful\, or inconvenient—relationships tend to bring them back into view. Someone may trigger emotions you thought you’d moved past or mirror traits you’ve learned to hide from yourself. While this can feel uncomfortable or even painful\, it’s also an invitation to return to wholeness rather than remain stuck in blame or reactivity.\nAs you begin to befriend your shadow and recognize every part of yourself as sacred\, something shifts. You stop projecting and start participating more consciously. From a Unity and Science of Mind perspective\, relationships arise from consciousness. Charles Fillmore taught that your “I AM” draws experiences that reflect how you know yourself. Abraham Hicks would say these interactions show you where alignment is being requested. When you choose awareness over avoidance\, your vibration changes—and so do your relationships.\nYou’re never required to stay in unhealthy dynamics. But you can’t transform what you refuse to acknowledge. Awareness is the doorway to freedom\, allowing you to choose connection\, clarity\, and love from wholeness rather than old wounds. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:The Audacity To Be This Comfortable
DESCRIPTION:September 27\, 2026\nWeekly Topic Title: The Audacity To Be This Comfortable \nAffirmation: I embrace radical comfort and peace in my body. \nReading: \nWhen you feel small\, unworthy\, or overwhelmed by the pain of the world\, it can be tempting to escape into distant beauty—mountains\, sunsets\, poems\, or architecture. Focusing there can feel safer than turning toward your own story. But when beauty becomes an escape\, it turns into illusion. You aren’t moving toward what you seek; you’re running from yourself. This isn’t the path of wonder. \nTrue wonder asks you to stay present with yourself—to feel your body\, your story\, and your experience so fully that your deep connection to all of life comes into view. In sacred awe\, you remember that you are not outside the story; you belong within it. \nWonder can be a powerful antidote to despair. It gently pushes back harmful lies about who you are and what you’re worth. Like hope\, it strengthens your capacity to believe in goodness and beauty\, even when circumstances suggest otherwise. Practicing wonder helps you stay rooted in truth\, dignity\, and belonging\, reminding you that beauty and meaning are still alive—within you and all around you. \nAdapted from— Cole Arthur Riley\, This Here Flesh\, pp. 36–37 \nSpiritual Point of View: \nYou are invited to remember that you live in\, through\, and as the Divine—while also knowing that the Divine is far more than you can ever fully grasp. You can never exhaust the Divine Nature\, yet you are inseparable from It. This truth isn’t meant to diminish you; it’s meant to fill you with wonder at the majesty of your own being and the vastness of Life expressing through you.\nRadically embodying spiritual principles asks more than understanding ideas—it asks you to experience awe\, in and through you\, right now.\nYou were born into radical self-love. Your body is not an obstacle to spirituality but one of its most sacred sites. When systems try to tell you otherwise—through racism\, sexism\, ableism\, or body shame—you are invited to see those messages as lies\, not truth. Reclaiming love and reverence for your body is a spiritual act of liberation\, grounding you more fully in the Divine Life you already are. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:The path to the healing with Jerome Braggs
DESCRIPTION:In this powerful and deeply personal talk\, Jerome Braggs shares his extraordinary healing journey and the spiritual awakening that transformed his understanding of wellness. \nAfter being given only days to live\, Jerome experienced profound healing—only to face the same life-threatening diagnosis again eighteen months later. This second crisis led to a near-death experience and a life-changing realization: the path to the healing and fulfilling life he desired was learning to wholly love himself. \nJerome shares three core insights from his journey: \n• He came to understand illness not simply as a physical condition\, but as an invitation to examine where the energy of the soul—Love—may be missing from our lives. \n• He describes five essential qualities of Love: worthiness\, freedom\, ease and peace\, bliss\, and empowerment. \n• Healing\, in Jerome’s experience\, meant discovering where he felt disconnected from these qualities and consciously choosing greater self-acceptance\, authenticity\, freedom\, joy and love. \nHis message is ultimately an invitation to live fully: to be who we truly are\, express the love within us\, follow what brings us alive\, and nourish ourselves with the energy of our own soul. \n“Love is the medicine.” — Jerome Braggs \nJerome’s story reflects his personal spiritual beliefs and experience and is not a substitute for professional medical care. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:Inhabiting Togetherness
DESCRIPTION:September 6\, 2026 \nWeek 1 \nWeekly Topic Title: Inhabiting Togetherness \nAffirmation: I honor embodied creation through my physical self. \nReading:\nThe creator of the cosmos chose to work through a body. To be grown\, fed\, and born\, God placed faith in flesh—in Mary’s muscles\, hormones\, and blood. Before Christ’s body was broken\, a woman’s body was stretched\, wounded\, and opened to bring hope into the world. That truth invites you to hold the body as sacred\, not incidental. \nYou are a deeply material being. Bearing the image of God is not only spiritual; it is physical too. You may have heard the phrase\, “You are a soul who has a body\,” and while it sounds comforting\, it can quietly teach you to neglect the body in pursuit of something “higher.” Many spiritual traditions have focused so much on heaven that they’ve treated the physical world as something to escape. \nBut what if holiness lives right here? What if living a fully spiritual life isn’t about leaving the body behind\, but about honouring it fully?\nAffirmation:\nI affirm that heaven can be made right here\, through my embodied life\, my breath\, and my presence in this world. \nAdapted from- Riley\, Cole Arthur. This Here Flesh: Spirituality\, Liberation\, and the Stories That Make Us. Convergent\, 2022\, p. 57-8. Kindle Edition. \nSpiritual Point of View: \nYou are invited to honor embodied creation by remembering that your body is not separate from Spirit—it is one of Spirit’s most intimate expressions. As Cole Arthur Riley reminds you\, the Divine chose embodiment. God trusted flesh\, muscle\, blood\, and breath to bring love into the world. That tells you something sacred about your own physical form. Your body is not a problem to transcend; it is a place where holiness lives and moves. \nYou may have been taught\, directly or indirectly\, that spirituality means rising above the physical. Yet Science of Mind teaches something different. Ernest Holmes affirms that consciousness naturally takes form—that embodiment is not an accident\, but a necessary expression of self-knowing Life. Your body is not less holy than your mind or spirit; it is an equal partner in the Triune Divine. \nYour body is also a vibrational instrument. It responds to your thoughts\, beliefs\, and emotions\, offering constant feedback about your alignment with Source. When you listen to it with care\, appreciation\, and presence\, you allow energy to flow more freely. \nThis week\, you are invited to release the false divide between spiritual and physical. As you treat your body with reverence\, compassion\, and respect\, you align more fully with the truth that all of you—mind\, body\, and spirit—is sacred\, worthy\, and divinely made. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:I open my heart to growth
DESCRIPTION:Affirmation: I open my heart to growth through connection. \nReading:\n“People are opting out of vital conversations about diversity and inclusivity because they fear looking wrong\, saying something wrong\, or being wrong. Choosing our own comfort over hard conversations is the epitome of privilege\, and it corrodes trust and moves us away from meaningful and lasting change.”\nBrown\, Brené. “Dare to Lead: Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts.” Random House\, 2018.p\,88\n\nSpiritual Point of View:\nYou are invited to remember\, as Ernest Holmes teaches\, that there is one Life and one God expressing through all of us. When you hold that awareness\, collaboration and openness begin with seeing the divine presence in one another—including in moments of discomfort. Fear isn’t something you need to avoid or deny. It’s an invitation to deepen your trust in the One Life and to choose connection anyway. When you name your fears honestly and keep your heart open\, you step into a higher consciousness where differences become sources of creativity rather than division. \nAnger often shows up along the way. Anger is rarely the first emotion—it’s a protector sitting on top of hurt\, fear\, or grief. When anger is ignored or suppressed\, it creates inner chaos. When it’s fully felt and understood\, it becomes wisdom. From a Unity perspective\, this is about directing emotional energy\, not repressing it. \nAnger signals you’re out of alignment with your Inner Being. You don’t force it away—you pause\, breathe\, and reach for thoughts that feel a little better. As your vibration softens\, clarity returns. From this aligned place\, anger becomes a data point\, not a destination—fuel for courage\, compassion\, and meaningful change \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:Emotion is energy
DESCRIPTION:Affirmation: I channel my anger into meaningful\, courageous action. \nReading \nWhen an emotional experience feels inaccessible to you\, it’s often a sign that you’re not fully at choice. Many of us learned early in life to limit our emotions—being told not to be too sad\, too upset\, or even too joyful. Over time\, this conditioning narrows our emotional range. Anger is one of the emotions most often suppressed\, leaving many people unsure how to express it in healthy ways or distinguish between anger that serves and anger that harms. \nAnger that serves is like a flame: it moves energy forward\, brings clarity\, and dissipates once it is acknowledged. Toxic anger is different. It settles in the body\, cycling without release\, and no amount of expression seems to relieve it. In truth\, toxic anger isn’t anger at all—it is unresolved grief\, built from unexpressed feelings and unmet needs\, both personal and inherited. \nWhen individuals and communities are denied space to grieve\, this grief accumulates. Healing requires creating space for sorrow\, allowing what has been held to be felt\, released\, and transformed. \nAdapted from: meenadchi. Decolonizing Non-Violent Communication. Co-Conspirator\, 2023\, pp. 56–57. \nSpiritual Point of View:\nYou are not meant to ignore your emotions or push them aside. Emotion is energy—and when it goes unmanaged or unexpressed\, it will find its own outlet\, often in ways that create confusion or inner conflict. From a Unity\, your anger isn’t a problem to be fixed; its information inviting your awareness. It’s a signal that something you value matters deeply to you.\nWhen you pause and listen\, rather than react or suppress\, anger can become fuel for clarity\, truth-telling\, and healthy boundaries. Charles Fillmore would say that your emotions are spiritual energy meant to be directed through wisdom and love. When they’re denied\, they settle into the subconscious and show up later as tension or imbalance. When they’re consciously aligned with Spirit\, they become instruments of healing.\nWhat you don’t feel doesn’t disappear—it gets stored. Healing comes when you allow yourself to feel honestly and gently. \nAnger shows up when you’re out of alignment with your Inner Being. You don’t force it away; you soften it by reaching for better-feeling thoughts. As you allow emotion\, align with love\, and shift your focus\, your vibration rises—and energy that once felt chaotic becomes creative\, purposeful\, and healing. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:Welcoming Fear as a Friend
DESCRIPTION:Affirmation: I face fear with fierce clarity and unwavering presence. \nReading: \n“Adapted from “Welcoming Fear as a Friend” by Gerald May \nThe basic lesson is this: Fear is not an enemy but a friend. Fear is something good\, something alive\, alert\, and wild in us. Fear may be a response to danger\, bur fear itself is not dangerous. On the contrary\, It is nothing other than life-spirit standing on its toes right here\, right now with clear attention\, sharp senses\, ready body\, flared nostrils\, bristled hair\, poised muscles\, pumping heart\, clean breath. \n…When fear does come…let us neither tighten ourselves against what we’re feeling\, nor become paralyzed by it\, but let us live into the bright\, sane responsiveness that fear makes possible. Let us welcome fear for the friend it is\, for what it teaches and how it serves. When we feel the hairs on the back of our neck bristling for no reason\, when we sense an unexplainable tremulousness\, never again deny it or call it neurotic. Instead\, welcome it\, go into it\, see what it is trying to show us. \nhttps://www.awakin.org/v2/read/view.php?tid=2258 \nSpiritual point of view:\nFear isn’t something you need to fight or get rid of—it’s something you’re being invited to understand. When you look at the teachings of spiritual masters like Deepak Chopra\, Wayne Dyer\, and Charles Fillmore together\, a compassionate pattern begins to emerge. \nChopra reminds you that fear shows up when you forget who you really are. When you identify only with your ego—the part of you that feels small\, separate\, and in survival mode—fear makes sense. As you return to presence\, stillness\, and higher awareness\, fear naturally softens because you remember your true Self. \nWayne Dyer would tell you that fear is largely a habit of thought. You’re not powerless here. You can notice the inner dialogue that keeps rehearsing worst-case scenarios and gently choose a new story—one rooted in intention\, love\, and possibility. \n  \nCharles Fillmore adds that fear is spiritual power misdirected. The same faith and imagination meant to create good are simply pointed in the wrong direction. When you realign them with divine truth\, fear loses its authority. \nFrom an Abraham Hicks perspective\, fear is an indicator that you’re out of alignment with your Inner Being. You don’t fix it by force—you soothe it by reaching for better-feeling thoughts. As you align with who you truly are\, fear naturally gives way to clarity\, ease\, and trust. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:Guest Speaker Marcia Daly
DESCRIPTION:Turning Down God’s bowl \nTurning Down God’s Bowl asks us to imagine God offering us a bowl overflowing with love\, peace\, healing\, wisdom\, abundance\, and acceptance. Would we receive it—or would we unknowingly turn it away? This thought-provoking message explores the beliefs and habits that keep us from embracing God’s freely given gifts and reminds us that divine love is always present\, waiting for us to say “yes.” Through biblical stories\, Unity principles\, and the healing example of Myrtle Fillmore\, we’ll discover how to stop rejecting grace and begin living from our divine inheritance. \n  \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:It’s Ok To Be Perfectly Human July 12\, 2026
DESCRIPTION:Affirmation: I honor the humanity and divinity in everyone I meet. \nReading: It’s Ok To Be Perfectly Human\, written by Brian J. Plachta \nWhy do we nag and criticize ourselves? Perfectionism is one reason. We expect ourselves to be perfect\, and when we aren’t\, we shame ourselves. We dig trenches of negativity that tell us we’re bad. Flawed. Broken. Driving ourselves to achieve…and to become better is a good thing. It allows us to set and reach goals\, to pursue our dreams\, and to make the world a better place. But that drive can become imbalanced when it over tilts into egotistical\, shameful\, or never-good-enough attitudes. \nWhat if\, when we catch ourselves launching a negativity attack against our self-images\, we stop\, and instead name one good character trait we possess\, one quality we like about ourselves? Reminding ourselves we’re good\, teachable\, and loveable might be a simple practice that will help turn off the negativity switch in our heads. \n…When we make peace with our internal wars and accept all parts of ourselves without judgment\, we create more space for God to love us\, for us to love ourselves\, and then for us to become multipliers of unconditional love for others. \nAwakin.Org\, readings. https://www.awakin.org/v2/read/view.php?tid=2366. Accessed 26 June 2025. \nSpiritual Point of View: When you begin to recognize the Divine in everyday humanity\, something powerful shifts. Ernest Holmes reminds us that humanity and divinity meet when you learn to see beyond appearances and remember that\, at the center of every person\, the Divine Presence is already alive and active. When you approach life with compassion and genuine care\, you’re not just being kind—you’re allowing the natural givingness of Spirit to flow through you. Compassion becomes the gentle bridge that connects you to others in understanding\, reminding you that you are never truly separate. \nWhat you’re seeing in others is closely tied to the vibration you’re offering. The way you feel on the inside shapes what you notice on the outside. Your relationships act like mirrors\, reflecting how you relate to yourself. As you soften self-judgment\, drop your masks\, and allow yourself to be more authentic\, your vibration naturally rises. From that higher place\, it becomes easier to recognize the divine spark in everyone you meet. \nAs you align with love\, compassion\, and authenticity\, you don’t have to try to see the good in others—it reveals itself effortlessly. \n  \n  \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:You are already whole and sacred July 5\, 2026
DESCRIPTION:Affirmation: I embrace and honor all of who I am. \nReading: We are born with only one obligation–to be completely who we are. Yet how much of our time is spent comparing ourselves to others\, dead and alive. This is encouraged as necessary in the pursuit of excellence. Yet a flower in its excellence does not yearn to be a fish\, and a fish in its elegance does not long to be a tiger. But we humans find ourselves always falling into the dream of another life…Yet when we compare ourselves to others…we only experience the tension of comparing\, as if there is only one ounce of being to feed all our hungers. But the Universe reveals its abundance most clearly when we can be who we are. Mysteriously\, every weed and ant and…every living creature has its unique anatomy of being which when given over to\, is more than enough. \n… Of course\, history is the humbling story of our misbegotten inflations\, and truth is the corrective story of how we embrace each other and forgive ourselves for not accepting our beautifully particular place in the fabric of all there is. \nNepo\, Mark\, The Book of Awakening: Having the Life You Want by Being Present to the Life you Have\, San Francisco\, Conari Press\, p 11-12. \nSpiritual Point of View: “…The  individual subconsciously knows or believes much about [themselves] that contradicts [their] true spiritual nature. The accumulated experience of the whole [human] race is lodged in the subconscious of everyone and operates through everyone until a passageway is cleared back through the mind to the spiritual Presence…” —Ernest Holmes. How to Use the Science of Mind. Golden\, CO: Science of Mind Publishing\, 2009\, 79. \n  \nYou may discover\, as Ernest Holmes teaches\, that parts of your subconscious still hold beliefs about yourself that contradict your true spiritual nature. “The accumulated experience of the whole human race is lodged in the subconscious of everyone\,” he writes\, operating until a clear passageway opens back to spiritual Presence. This is not a flaw in you—it is part of the human journey. \nYour path of self-discovery often involves gently clearing away the underbrush of fear\, superstition\, and isolation that once convinced you that you were unworthy\, unheld\, or lost. In the divine order of good\, nothing about you needs saving. What is needed is remembering. As Holmes reminds us\, “We do not save that which was lost; we merely discover that which needs to be found.” \nYou are already whole and sacred\, just as you are. And from that wholeness\, you are free to change—not to become worthy\, but to more fully express who you already are. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…

SUMMARY:I Want to Know What Love is
DESCRIPTION:June: Higher Deeper Love\nSummary: This month\, we’re fully immersing ourselves in Higher Deeper Love. We’ll redefine love\, reexamine our relationship with it\, and elevate our awareness\, discovering it’s far grander than we’ve allowed. Our journey begins with “I Want to Know What Love Is\,” inviting us to see love beyond romance. We’ll embrace discomfort and joy\, recognizing every experience and ourselves as Love. Next\, “I Was Made for Loving You” challenges us to see how our inner relationship with love impacts every connection. We’ll question how actively we are showing up as love in the world\, right now. Our exploration expands with “What’s Love Got to Do With It?” as we consider our profound interconnectedness. We’ll bring awareness to ancestral and historical wounds around love\, to foster healing. Finally\, “Love Lifts Us Up Where We Belong” invites us to view the world’s systems through the eyes of Love\, honoring its paradox of flaws and healing. This path with Love calls us\, individually and collectively\, to\nembrace our inherent loving nature and listen with our hearts for our part to play.\nBook Recommendation: All About Love: New Visions by Bell Hooks. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…
