SUMMARY:Even in the darkest moments\, people have chosen love.
DESCRIPTION:Shadow Dance Battle \nAffirmation \nI meet the collective shadow with spiritual courage and transformative love. \nReading \nEvery day you witness suffering and violence that can feel impossible to hold. You may feel tempted to shut down\, turn away\, harden your heart\, or give up on change altogether. Building walls can seem like the only way to survive. But closed hearts and quick judgments are what created so much of this pain in the first place. \nAnd yet\, even in the darkest moments\, people have chosen love. Many who endured profound injustice didn’t collapse into hatred—they healed\, transformed\, and carried that healing outward. Their lives remind you that light still emerges in the most unlikely places. \nIf you focus only on what’s wrong with the world\, fear and rage can paralyze you. If you focus only on what’s right\, you risk denial. There is another place to stand. \nBeyond right and wrong is a field of light. When you choose compassion\, presence\, and courage\, you step into that field. Even a small light\, held with intention\, can illuminate vast darkness. \nAdapted from–Jeff Foster The Way of Rest: Finding the Courage to Hold Everything in Love pg. 30 \nSpiritual Point of View \n“We believe the ultimate goal of life to be a complete freedom from all discord of every nature\, and that this goal is sure to be attained by all.” –Ernest Holmes\, What We Believe \nYou know\, at a deeper level\, that the world is not broken—it is becoming. Every challenge\, injustice\, and shadow you see is part of an awakening in progress. The collective shadow you witness in systems of oppression\, environmental harm\, or domination is not separate from you. It reflects what has gone unhealed or unacknowledged in the shared human story\, including within your own consciousness. \nYou don’t banish the shadow; you integrate it. And you don’t wait for the world to change before you act. You move now\, grounded in the knowing that you—and humanity—are already whole at the deepest spiritual level. Your work isn’t only to affirm Truth\, but to live it with your feet\, your voice\, and your choices. \nDeepak Chopra reminds you that you are not a drop in the ocean—you are the ocean in a drop. When you act from Spirit rather than ego\, you respond with compassion and creativity instead of fear. Each time you choose presence over reactivity\, you help heal the collective. You are not just in the dance—you are helping change the music. \nShare this:\n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n Like this:Like Loading…
