A faith that dismisses the body can unintentionally support harm by asking you to look away from what is happening right now. \nThis does not mean you are asked to reject the spiritual realm. Instead\, you are invited to remember that spirit and body are inseparable. Spirit is not distant or abstract—it lives in your breath\, your bones\, your history\, and your daily life. The wisdom of those who came before you is not somewhere else; it is carried within you. \nYou were never meant to divide yourself. Spirit and flesh\, belief and action\, thought and expression belong together.
